Below are the stages of cooperation. Who does what at each stage. What is each stage for.
1. Conclude customs broker agreement on cooperation
The broker is responsible for the timely execution and quality of the services provided.
2. Registration as a Person Carrying Out Transactions with Goods (Accreditation of a Foreign Economic Activity Participant at Customs)
Lack of registration (accreditation) at customs is grounds for refusal of customs clearance. The procedure for registering entities carrying out transactions with goods with customs authorities is provided for by the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated June 15, 2015 No. 552.
Below, you can download a sample application for registration of form 1-ZED, however, in each specific case, it is necessary to consult a broker to avoid misunderstandings. List of documents for primary accreditation is here.
3. Check the foreign trade agreement for compliance with the requirements of customs authorities
Affects customs payments and tax regulation
4. Calculation of the foreign trade agreement (determining the product code, calculating customs payments, informing about all costs associated with customs clearance of the cargo.)
Allows you to calculate its cost-effectiveness before the start of the foreign trade agreement.
5. Coordination. As a rule, depending on the product code, permits not mentioned in the list above are required (certificates, permits, etc.), which our employees will inform you about in advance at the preliminary stage.
Preliminary registration of permits will prevent cargo downtime.
