Customs accreditation

If you and your company plan to carry out foreign economic activities, you need to complete several basic steps, the first of which is customs registration or accreditation. This procedure is carried out quite quickly in accordance with the document of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated May 30, 2012 No. 634: "On registration of persons carrying out commodity transactions".

Documents required for accreditation at customs

Accreditation is distinguished for legal entities (organizations) and private entrepreneurs, as well as for foreign entities doing business in Ukraine. The documents required to obtain customs registration are as follows.

The following documents are required for accreditation of an organization:

  1. 1. Customs accreditation card of a participant in foreign economic activity (2 copies).
  2. 2. Charter of the registered organization (original and copies).
  3. 3. Document certifying the entry of the business entity into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (the original and a copy with the organization's seal will also be required).
  4. 4. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in your city council (a copy will be suitable).
  5. 5. VAT registration document or certificate of payment of the single tax.
  6. 6. Extract from banking structures on the availability of foreign currency and Ukrainian accounts, bank details (MFI, OKPO).
  7. 7. Photocopies of passports of the general director, chief accountant, persons who will work with customs.
  8. 8. Copies of tax identification numbers of the specified persons or a certificate of assignment of TIN.

Private entrepreneurs must provide:

  1. 1. Customs registration card of a member of a foreign economic activity (prepared by our company).
  2. 2. Certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur or an extract from the Unified State Register of Individuals in your city council.
  3. 3. Certificate of VAT registration or certificate of single tax payment.
  4. 4. Certificate of form 4OPP on registration of a taxpayer with the seal of a private entrepreneur.
  5. 5. Bank statements on the availability of accounts in any currency, contact and registration details of the bank.
  6. 6. Photocopies of passports of the general director, chief accountant, persons who will work with customs.
  7. 7. Copies of tax identification numbers of the specified persons or a certificate of assignment of a TIN.

For accreditation of a representative of foreign business entities, the following are required:

  1. 1. Customs registration cards from our company.
  2. 2. Certificate of state registration of a representative of a foreign business entity in our country, issued by the relevant executive body for foreign economic policy (original and notarized copies are required).
  3. 3. Certificate of entry of the business entity into the state register of the Unified State Register of Economic and Social Policy Organizations (original and notarized copy with the seal of the organization will also be required).
  4. 4. Extract from banking structures on the availability of foreign currency and Ukrainian accounts, bank details (MFI, OKPO).
  5. 5. Photocopies of passports of the general director, chief accountant, persons who will work with customs.
  6. 6. Copies of the tax identification numbers of the specified persons or a certificate of assignment of a TIN.
